St. Claret began the great work of starting a Congregation “The Claretians” on July 16th 1849. Since then, the Claretians have been rendering various services specially the educational service. The Educational ministry began in Tamilnadu at Karumathur area since 1982 onwards. The School is in the 29th year of its existence. It has 60 Teaching Staff, 10 Supportive Staff and 2226 Students. Besides this, we also have an English medium Nursery-Primary school with 22 Staff and 500 Students; and a Tamil medium Primary school with 24 Staff and 495 Students functioning as separate schools in Karumathur.
